7.   123 (any number) = Assigned Parking

7.1  All parking spaces marked with a number are assigned to residents by the management company, and should be considered as an extension of the resident's apartment property.  Only the persons assigned to those parking spaces can park in assigned parking.  

7.2  Do not park in another resident's parking space, or the vehicle will be towed. 

7.3  If you have made an arrangement with a neighbor, you must notify the management company, to ensure your vehicle is not towed.

7.4 It is Prohibited to call the tow truck if you are not the owner of that parking space.

8.1  Most VISITOR spaces are identified by a yellow-painted car stopper, with the word "VISITOR" in black paint, like the graph below:

8.3  Non-residents, visitors, and maintenance contractors must park in "VISITOR" spaces ONLY unless you have either allowed your assigned parking space to be used, or you have made an arrangement with a neighbor.

8.4  Ask your visitor where he/she has parked as soon as they enter your apartment; ask them to move the vehicle to a VISITOR spot, if it is on an assigned parking space.

13.1  During these hours, exiting vehicles must exit using the street beside the Club House to avoid accidents with entering vehicles.

• 14.1.1 Must only be used by the permit holder. The permit holder must have their Florida driver license or ID card on-hand when using the permit.

• 14.1.2 Must be hung from the rear-view mirror, with the permit number visible from the front of the vehicle, when the vehicle is parked. The permit should not hang from the rear-view mirror when the vehicle is in motion.
