• 1. DOGS:

- 1.1 Do not allow your dog to leave your unit alone.  Always have the dog on a leash for control; see the sign:  It's the law: $25 - $200 fine.  If your dog bites someone, you are liable and could be sued.

- 1.2 Bring your dog to urinate and defecate ONLY at the "PET WASTE" area.  Pick up the dog crap and place it ONLY in the trash container with the "PET WASTE" sign.

• 1. PERROS:

3.3  ONLY WHEN THE RPP HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION BOARD ANNOUNCES WHICH SPECIFIC WEEKEND  THE ASSOCIATION WILL ALLOW ANY GARBAGE THAT IS GENERALLY NOT ALLOWED TO DISPOSE OF BESIDE OUR DUMPSTERS, LIKE MATTRESSES, FURNITURE, APPLIANCES, ETC. , PUT IT SO IT CAN BE COLLECTED ON THE FOLLOWING MONDAY.  

IF YOU PUT IT ANY OTHER DAY, YOU WILL BE FINED.

3.3  SÓLO CUANDO LA JUNTA DE PROPIETARIOS DE LA ASOCIACIÓN DE RPP ANUNCIE QUÉ FIN DE SEMANA EN ESPECÍFICO LA ASOCIACIÓN PERMITIRÁ CUALQUIER BASURA QUE GENERALMENTE NO ESTÁ PERMITIDA DEJARSE AL LADO DE NUESTROS BASUREROS, COMO COLCHONES, MUEBLES, ELECTRODOMÉSTICOS, ETC. , PÓNGALA PARA QUE LA PUEDAN RECOGER EL SIGUIENTE LUNES.

SI LA PONE CUALQUIER OTRO DÍA, RECIBIRÁ UNA MULTA.

3.4  PLACE ABOVE MENTIONED ITEMS ON THE SIDE OF THE DUMPSTER, NOT IN FRONT, NOR BLOCKING THE ROADWAY.  OWNERS, PLEASE NOTIFY YOUR TENANTS WHAT, WHERE AND WHEN IT IS ALLOWED - ONLY WHEN THE RPP OWNERS BOARD ANNOUNCES IT.  ANY OTHER TIME, IT IS NOT ALLOWED.  

3.5  IF YOU MISS THAT OPPORTUNITY, YOU WILL NEED TO EITHER:

(A) WAIT FOR THE NEXT ANNOUNCEMENT FROM THE BOARD.  

(B) DISPOSE OF THE ITEMS YOURSELF IN A LOCATION APPROVED BY MIAMI-DADE COUNTY (NOT IN OUR DUMPSTERS, OR YOU WILL BE FINED).

3.6  NOTE:  NEVER ALLOWED IN OR AROUND OUR GARBAGE DUMPSTERS:  FLAMMABLE OR DANGEROUS/HAZARDOUS MATERIALS.  IT IS AGAINS THE LAW.  YOU WILL BE FINED IF YOU DO.

3.4  COLOQUE LOS ARTÍCULOS MENCIONADOS ARRIBA AL LADO DEL CONTENEDOR, NO AL FRENTE, NI BLOQUEANDO LA CARRETERA. PROPIETARIOS, FAVOR DE NOTIFICAR A SUS INQUILINOS QUÉ, DÓNDE Y CUÁNDO ESTÁ PERMITIDO - SÓLO CUANDO LA JUNTA DE PROPIETARIOS DEL RPP LO ANUNCIE. CUALQUIER OTRO MOMENTO, NO ESTÁ PERMITIDO.

3.5  SI PIERDE ESA OPORTUNIDAD, TENDRÁ QUE:

(A) ESPERAR EL PRÓXIMO ANUNCIO DE LA JUNTA.

(B) DESECHAR LOS ARTÍCULOS USTED MISMO EN UN LUGAR APROBADO POR EL CONDADO DE MIAMI-DADE (NO EN NUESTROS BASUREROS, O SERÁ MULTADO).

3.6  NOTA: NUNCA SE PERMITEN DENTRO O ALREDEDOR DE NUESTROS BASUREROS: MATERIALES INFLAMABLES, PELIGROSOS, O PELIGROSOS A LA SALUD.  VA EN CONTRA DE LA LEY.  RECIBIRÁ UNA MULTA SI LO HACE.

If you receive:

5.1  a package for someone else by mistake, put it outside, beside your door, take a photo of it showing the name and address, and let everyone know through the "Royal Palm Place Community" WhatsApp chat the building number where it is located.

5.2  mail for someone else by mistake, put it outside, on top of the area above the mail boxes, so the mail carrier can take it to the correct address.

Si recibe:
